We had a faulty hot water unit on our roof, which was in a tough spot to access. Byron did the most amazing job accessing the unit, disconnecting it, and installing a new gas unit in better spot - which has worked seamlessly ever since. He’s also a lovely guy and his quote was competitive. We’ll be using him again next time we need a plumber - thanks again Byron!
