Our licences and industry compliance

We operate under Victorian plumbing regulations, with licensed plumbers and full insurance to meet all required compliance standards.

What our guarantees cover and exclude

Our guarantees are designed to be clear and fair. Here’s what is covered and what is not, so you know exactly where you stand.

What is covered

We cover the quality of all workmanship carried out by our team. If a fault is linked to our installation, we will arrange a return visit and resolve the issue.

  • All labour and workmanship completed by Zebra Plumbing is covered for life
  • Faults caused by installation are repaired at no additional cost
  • Return visits arranged to inspect and resolve workmanship issues
  • Follow-up care is provided to ensure the job meets expectations
  • The quality of completed plumbing work is included under the guarantee

Our guarantees and warranties exclusion

Our guarantee does not cover product faults, external conditions, or work outside our control. These are handled under manufacturer warranties or separate services.

  • Product failures are covered by manufacturer warranties, not labour guarantee
  • CCTV and jetting services are exploratory and may not resolve the issue
  • Customer-supplied products are not covered under our workmanship warranty
  • High water pressure may void product warranties if not addressed
  • Additional faults outside the original scope are assessed and quoted separately

How to make a warranty or guarantee claim

If something isn’t right, we make it easy to raise and resolve the issue. Here’s how our follow-up process works from first contact through to resolution.

Contact our team

Get in touch by call or email and explain the issue. Provide your name, address, job details, and any photos to help us understand the problem.

We review your job details

We review your job history, including the scope of work, invoice, and any notes or photos from the original visit, to understand what’s happened.

Book an inspection if needed

If required, we arrange a return visit at the next available time to inspect the issue on-site and confirm the cause.

Identify the cause

We assess whether the issue is related to workmanship, a faulty part, or another factor, and explain the findings clearly.

Resolve the issue

If it’s a workmanship issue, we fix it at no charge. If it’s a product fault, we arrange the warranty process with the supplier.

Confirm completion

Once resolved, we confirm the outcome with you and ensure you’re satisfied before closing the job.
